Italy

What I did this Friday was mostly discover native and regular recipes from Italy which is the country I will be doing for the next week. From these recipes I might include two to three appetizers from other people's food likes and dislikes and what also seems appealing to there interest. A friend from my class actually gave me a cook book on authentic Italian recipes which was very helpful in the process. One appetizers is Italian stuffed mushrooms which look and sound interesting but not everyone likes mushrooms. So I also included, from the cook book, Chocolate Biscotti. It is pretty much like a chocolate cracker but someone in my class is vegan so I might replace the eggs with something else. I will have probably these two dishes prepared and ready by next Friday where I will present the food and receive some feedback on each dish.
